Our chalets are situated in the region of Araucania, the 9th region of Chile, 668km south of Santiago, and 11 km from the town of Curacautin, on the international road to Argentina. This is considered to be the volcano and river region of the country.
The chalets all overlook the, Trout filled, Cautin River, just 12 meters below, and are well equipped and well insulated, for the cool evenings. All have a log fireplace and plenty hot water. The family chalets can accommodate 5 to 6 people with two separate bedrooms and a sleeper couch in the living room. All bedding and towels provided. A great place to just relax or explore the many attractions nearby.
There is a lot to see and do in the surrounding area, including waterfalls, hiking trails, ski resorts, thermal baths, river rafting, national parks, canopy tours, and volcano trekking. The scenery is spectacular.
